When I get frustrated about my weight loss being stalled, all I need to do is look at the difference 30 pounds has already made. The pic on the left was from 9/2017 & the other is from yesterday.

What has made the biggest difference for me is lifting weights. I've read it helps lessen the effects of aging, to be physically active. It makes me feel so much better too!
