Mistake #1: doing 0/100 instead of 80/20....

Mistake #2: (and I'm sure no one has EVER done this) enjoying 2 slices (think a whole medium "normal pizza") on an empty stomach with a cider.

I'll tell ya, I am usually the most disciplined person in the world, but the cider kicked in and i just said F-it and grabbed another slice. I am SOOOOOOOOO full and I need someone to wake me up tomorrow night sometime.

All total though, as little as I've done all day (I take my days off VERY seriously - get chores done throughout the week so I can be a total bum), I've eaten about 2800 calories and used 2600. I'll check the scale in the afternoon after the gym to see how much damage I've done.

If I'm over too much, I'll need a good forwarding address to send the calories your way, Rosio. I'm in a race to catch your weight and l can't let you win! ๐Ÿ˜› Besides, that was my first time "binging" in a VERY long time. No regrets though! .... just nausea for now ๐Ÿ˜ต

Just 2 slices, but that was tons! And I'm usually in a 1300 cal/day deficit, so no biggie ๐Ÿ‘
