I am a strong willed woman who since her thirties have struggled with her weight. Wanting to leave the two hundred club and get healthy. I achieved this once and it took major devotion to exercise and low fat diet for me. Having to enter the work force in our recession I was working an over night position which killed my strength and I had to work two jobs with broken sleep for over five years. This was a very hard thing to do but one must survive. Which I was unable to continue with the gym as I really only had time to sleep between jobs and gained my weight back. I just can not seem to get to that same devotion and must start some where I am determined to get there.

* First goal 220 lbs. & to strengthen my endurance and will power to disciple myself with better choices and walking more.

* Second goal 199 lbs. & to increase my exercising with more activities in my life. Be it working out or doing more active things.

* Third goal to maintain the weight off and live enjoying healthy choices
