This week, I'm not going to be sensible.
Since January I've been slowly, steadily, sustainably loosing weight, making healthy choices and increasing my activity level (for far around 5kgs - about 10 pounds)
One of my key goals was to get my BMI below 25 at which point I'll no longer be considered statistically overweight.
I'm now 1.1kgs away from that - and I want it gone, I want to hit this goal.
So just for this week my rules go out the window, my calories budget of about 1700 - 1800 goes, rule around not overdoing exercise and keeping it sensible goes.
Boy I want this bad, its been a rough few weeks for me and I just want a win.
Wish me luck!

So thanks to everyone for your support - I didn’t quite get there, I’m down 0.5kgs instead of the 1.2 I’d hoped for. That’s still twice what I would’ve normally have lost in that same time period. So I’m okay with it. Since getting discouraged and quitting will get me nowhere it’s back into it - slow and steady right wins the race right?

Next time you want to accelerate your losses, you may want to consider fasting. It's definitely not for everyone, but if you can hack it, it is the most expedient and efficient path to fat loss, bar none. Following to witness the win regardless. Let's go! #stillgrindtime

Thanks Jimmiepop, it’s really nice having someone cheer you along! I tried fasting one day a week a couple of years ago, it was awful for the first few weeks and then it got easier, I never felt 100% on fasting days though and I always felt bad being off my game at work. I might try restricting my eating hours in the future e.g. 8:16. What do you do?
