Weight plateau again this week. It happens. I know it does; but it doesn't make it any easier when you are going through it.

Victories:
1.) Eating more calories than I have in the past 2-1/2 years (unless I was cheating and gaining lbs!!) and not gaining weight. My monthly average was over 1800 calories per day and that included three 24+ hour fasts.
2.) Feeling great, sleeping better, moods are not all over the place anymore.
3.) Not hungry!
4.) Inches are still going down. You know it is working when you are forced to buy new undergarments! :)

Challenges:
1.) It is so hard to eat out! I went to places over the weekend where I just couldn't eat what they had - carbs, carbs everywhere and not a clean fat to eat!
2.) Knee pain - I stressed my knee and now I am struggling with fluid retention. I will talk to the trainer and see if he can help me. I stopped going to the gym and have been settling on walking instead. I don't know if that is helping or hindering at this point.

Resolution:
1.) Get back into the gym this week after consulting with the trainer.
2.) If gym workouts re-start weight loss - wahoo! If not, wait two weeks and go back to fasting 1-2 days per week.

This is such a process. Keep hanging in there FS!

I agree about a lengthy process. I have too lose weight to get 2 knees replaced. I am not feeling it now a days..... I have had injections for 8 years now in each knee and they seem to be getting less and less effective. My left is slightly worse than the right. I think because my right had arthroscopic years ago, the left nothing at all. It does make it difficult to workout -----I force myself and then feel it for next 2 days. Then I start all over.....It seems to be getting tougher and tougher with the knees. If not for those issues, I'd be fine... I wish you all the best and want you to know I literally feel your pain..... God Bless ! I'm working through it with ya, your not alone. I do like your plan though -----you've got it together nicely.
