I am pleased that I only gained .8th of a pound while on vacation. I am well rested and ready to be back at my workout routine with a passion and get the rest of this weigh off!
185.8 lb Lost so far: 33.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
