Home from vacation. I will weigh in tomorrow and see how the chips fall. We did a lot of walking usually at least 3 miles a day, some of that was hiking and some was in town. What I can say is this: I enjoyed my vacation, it was relaxing and I really needed that. I also made some great choices during the week that I am proud of.

Great work on the healthy choices and the daily hiking. Vacation allows some time for flexibility in eating, right?

I think so, I ate a carmel apple and enjoyed it! I don't do that except on vacation and that's part of the fun. Also normally we eat smoothies for dinner and my mil had regular food for dinner so that was a different thing for us. Yummy though. It was a little challenging at times though because she is supposed to be gaining weight (she weighs less than 100 lbs) so watching her eat a few times was tempting but I just grabbed my water and took a swig. =)
