Breakfast: butter, Flour tortilla, green pepper, onion, Premium Pork Regular Sausage, scrambled egg, Shredded cheese, Skim Chocolate Milk. Dinner: banana, Flax Seed Meal, Honey, lowfat plain yogurt, Natural Raw Wheat Germ, raspberries, Strawberries. Snacks/Other: Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can), mexican shredded cheese, Triscuits, V8.
