Happy Saturday, my Fabulous Followers!
I had a great workout this morning and will go tomorrow as well. Three days in a row at Orange Theory Fitness usually kicks my butt!
Tonight we are going to a cooking class at the local Whole Foods. They will teach how to prepare different Indian foods and then the group gets to taste the results. I did my best to pre-log everything based on the menu. I have done classes before and know they give small portion tastings of everything - but the carbs will be high!

I admire that you are still doing Orange Theory. I did two months, loved it, found out that part of my pain was a bone on bone knee. I am actually quite proud that I did not give up, it was also good to know that my pain could be resolved. So in June I had a total knee replacement. Very happy to say that I could be the poster patient for knee replacement. It went very well. Just would like to totally rehab my knee before starting back at OTF. I am walking the treadmill, using machines to strengthen my knee and as long as I am doing that, working on my flabby arms also. It is very true, they do wave back at you when your muscle tone is nil. Oh well, I am always a work in progress.
