145.7 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 46.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

Hello!!! Guys it's took 1 month and 20 days to achieve that body. I seriously eat healthy foods vegetables no rice at all, drink 6 to 6 liters of water a day and w hour and 30 minutes aerobics exercise.
