Sick, sedentary, nearly bed-ridden for 6 years (environmental illness due to toxic mold exposure) and now finally recovering.

I lost the first 45 pounds through diet alone (my "Phase 0"), and am just now able to begin adding exercise to my program.

I am breaking up my final goal into manageable stages of 15-pound increments. My Phase 1 Goal is 170 pounds by Monday, 24 July 2017. After these six weeks to come, I will evaluate my progress and adjust my plan accordingly.

My diet is pesco-vegetarian, low-fat, high complex-carbohydrate, and low calorie with a weekly cheat day. I track and take an average of calories and fat grams over the week. I eat one meal a day.

Phase 1 Exercise Plan :
Daily cardio (walking, stationary bicycle, rebounder)
Resistance training (Mondays / Thursdays Back and Chest; Tuesdays / Fridays Arms
and Shoulders; Wednesdays / Saturdays Legs)
Physical Therapy / Rehab-type exercises for thoracic spine, sacroilliac joint,
knees and feet (I have been diagnosed with scoliosis with thoracic bone spurs,
sacroilliac joint dysfunction and arthritis in both knees and feet)
