Hi friends, I am back from my work trip. We learned some stuff, and connected with others that do similar work to ours. The food was pretty good, but lot's of carbs and the use of salt. My fingers are a little swollen today, but that will go away as the salt flushes out. Otherwise, back to canning and getting ready for a very busy week ahead. I've been chanting this in my head: You can do it if you try, v i c t o r y!!
