I've been cheating too much lately. Grasping for motivation. Can't... backslide...

Just find something else to do instead. I play a lot of games, get really into it, and forget that I'm hungry. :)

Like Luckyyshot said, find something to keep your hands busy! Something you can't do and eat, and preferably something that gives you visible results at the end so you can see you aren't just wasting your time! Good luck!

I always check out my before pictures compared to now for motivation. Recording the cheats always helps too. (to make sure they're with in limits)

No backsliding allowed! I should know as I am the Queen of the backslide. You are looking and feeling great right now so I can tell you that no Twinkie is worth it...maybe a nice Craft Brew....no, no, nothing is worth it. Stay strong my friend..

Try to change your macros. More protein or fat. I find that when my carbs are in a specific range I get "hangry" more often and have a hard time resisting cravings.

Lucky, I didn't mean gaming was a waste of time, just that Xgalaxy needs to find something that he can look back at and say "I did this!" It helps me to be able to see something actually being created so I crochet, but I know that's not for everyone. If gaming works for you, great!

I've no advice. It's hard to stay on track..but tracking is a must.

Don't feel alone, I've been "cheating" too, and been too lazy to track. The scale shows it:( That's all the "motivation" I need: Stay on track, or gain the weight BACK!!!
