SO I'm expecting a stall or gain this week. 1. I'm due for one but 2. Mainly bc I ate whatever I wanted to yesterday. The good this is I did not over do it, I still had a good breakfast and had a huge salad at lunch.BUT, I did split some cheesecake with Mom at lunch, ate 1/3 of a blizzard and some bday cake and frito pie at the bingo with Mom. But , i don't care. It was her bday and she had a great time.. I decided to swap yesterday for Friday so no date night.Friday is the day I allow myself some wiggle room. No biggie, DH is tired and just wants to veg out anyway and i want to hit the gym Friday night for redemption. And I did still get in a killer work out before I hit the street with Mom yesterday so it wasn't a total fail. I skipped my morning walk before work bc my place was a mess and I needed to start some laundry. Ill just make it up tonite on the treadmill. Im trying to get away from those morning walks anyway bc it will soon be to cold for them anyway. Back on track today, have some great meals planned and a extra work out tonite.. Picking up where I left off !! Have a super duper day ya'll !!

I'm proud of you for not bashing yourself. This is a lifestyle change and you have to learn there are going to be days when you 'need' to splurge and we can make up for it another day or with extra exercise! Great job!

Your metabolic rate will increase as you build muscle so these little bits of things may not impact you as much as before!

Great attitude! It's important to see the long term goal of a healthier life rather than the occasional 'off' day. You have a great plan. Keep on rocking it!

its all about learning to be flexible and learning to not be so hard on myself when I break routine. Its not everyday I can have cake with mom!! Thanks for the support buddies.. I'm learning to love myself more and more one day at a time and have a more positive self view instead on a negative one.. We got this..!!

All the post's where buddies splurge and are already talking about how to work it in to their plan, are also the biggest success stories. You are one of them
