TGIF! I am in an "I don't care" phase right now. I haven't felt well this week so I haven't been eating right or exercising and just haven't cared. I need to care because this is how I gain everything back that I've lost so far. I looked back the other day and since the beginning of the year I'm down about 8 pounds, so I need to keep that off and keep doing healthy things. It's so hard when you're body and mind are tired and you just don't want to do anything. I'm wondering if this is the depo shot taking hold already. If so, that makes up my mind that I don't want another one. If it's just from not feeling well, then hopefully I'll get out of this funk soon.
On a more positive note, I have a 3 day weekend ahead and I'm not super busy. We are having some family over to watch the first Husker football game tomorrow afternoon, but that's about it. So, I think if my brain isn't still throbbing and I can get my can-do attitude back I'm going to try to get a bunch of my homework knocked out and some workouts in. I also want to plan some lunches and dinners for next week. I need to quit getting junk for dinner just because my family whines. They need to eat healthy too, so they'll just deal with it. Maybe that's where the "I don't care" attitude will come in handy. :)
