BEFORE / AFTER IMAGES

The before image of me is after I lost about 20 pounds. Before i started losing weight I did not stand in front of to many cameras.



Was going thru some old boxes looking for clothes that would fit and found my old space/flight suits... when I reach my goal weight will be able to fit back in them again.

Thanks everyone! I feel so much younger... mentally, physically, and spiritually. My weight loss journey is approaching 6 months and the hardest part was the beginning. I remember last October when I could barely walk 10 minutes. I started breaking up my walks (morning, noon, evening) and before I knew it I was walking an hour/day. I am 75 pounds lighter now and could not even begin to list all the benefits of being so much healthier. I feel as if I have won the HEALTH LOTTERY! I think we all can win because the winning ticket is right in front of us.

Congratulations! Read your bio and sounds like you have a considerable amount of self-control. I know what it's like to ignore what you look like....I hated taking my picture, and I have very few taken for many years. So kudos for facing yourself head-on, and good luck with your journey!
