Hey Minty here - please feel free to talk to me if you want help or just want to. I will give you all my support because losing / gaining weight is the hardest thing to do - mentally and physically.

I have recovered from binging and purging (finally), sugar addiction and calorie restriction so I understand how difficult things can be. But times have changed and things are going so great.

My lifestyle: Discovered a new vegan way of living so I'm not Rawtill4 anymore
Organic as much as possible
High carb + low fat diet (100% natural)
Minimal processed foods

Goals for 2015: Nearly doing the splits
To lose nearly all upper abdominal fat
Increase ass muscles
To nearly do the crab position
Wear my favourite clothes
Run 100 miles - Count so far: 75
Do a push up (my arms are weak as hell but I've gained muscle)
12,000 squats - Count so far: 6,500
I edited my profile on 01/02/2015 as I reread my profile from 3 years ago and its 60% BS - I was young and I believed in low calorie diets + low carb and low sugar. DON'T DO THAT. Please don't calorie restrict like I did. I use this site not to restrict my calorie intake like I did seven days ago but to see if I'm eating a minimal of 1600 calories. I usually eat 2000 on average a day.

I truly hope you take care of yourself, eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, drink around 3 litres of water (I drink 4 litres now), carb up and love yourself. Remember I am here to help + support you <3 -hugs- You will grow and have great days, always <3
