Since it has been raining I take the kiddo's to our school gymnasium. I had them practiced their galloping and skipping (remember they are 3, 4, & 5). After we were done with that I had them follow me and I ran the lines of the BB court. After about 2 minutes they were laying on the ground and panting and I thought I'm just warming up, lol. We played several games of tag and then sharks and minnows. It's always nice to get in a little exercise at work. =)
