Finally: I had enough time to experiment and make a great ginger dressing! Yay! I'm having it with broiled tilapia on a bed of baby arugula and red peppers; yum. It's cold and stormy and windy and creaky here again . . .

Tilapia is my favorite and red peppers, too. I haven't tried arugula yet. Will have to put that on my bucket list. ;)

Arugula is easy to grow. Expensive to buy it. It even survives most of our hot summers though too hot it will quit and restart when it cools down enough. Spicy and interesting addition to many dishes.

@wholefoodnut: how do you grow arugula? i would love to grow my own because it's one of my staples; i can't live without it! my dressing somehow got very thick and spicier today!......

Seeds plant and grow them like lettuce but they don't need light to germinate.

Just keep cutting it so it doesn't go to seed or it will get really bitter

Plant is shallow, not much dirt on top. Keep it moist until it starts coming up
