Blood sugar was 84 today. WOW! First time since I've been aware of my BS that it's been that low. Good sign! Weight is the same. I have to remind myself that I've lost 12" off my waist, never mind that I have another 10 to go . .. . I'm also having skin issues which is weird because I'm not eating gluten, milk, and the other things I have sensitivities to . ... .

That's such fantastic news. I love it how there are all these wonderful perks about losing even modest amounts of weight. So many people find there cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood sugars go down with any weight loss. Now, if only we could free ourselves of the vanity aspect of weight loss and just enjoy the health benefits. Otherwise, we just keep looking in the mirror and finding imperfections instead of focusing on our health.
Yay for you in reminding yourself about the inches lost. Keep up the good work and I hope your skin stuff clears up. I have dealt with a lot of skin issues most of my life. You're already doing everything I would suggest, lol. You know your body best, so get a second opinion if that is merited.
