I am on a personal mission to be the BEST me I can be! Getting healthy isn't easy!! LOL! And neither is finding a pair of jeans that actually fit right....but I am a determined bugger! Working my way through the weekly additions and change ups in OWL...boy is this process long and hard! My weightloss has nearly stalled, but I am wondering if it is more to do w/ the amount of fat, and larger calories...and...the fact that I have not been to the gym in the last week and a half...You have to keep all things reasonably steady and neutral - to figure out which thing might be THE thing that is making or breaking your progress. Today I have dropped back to what I call Induction Plus... which is obviously all of Induction foods...plus the add-on veggies variety I have already worked through. Trying to limit my overall fat intake down slightly for the next week to 10 days...and return to the gym every other day. Should know by the end of next week if that's making a difference. At this point though...time is on my side. (so, it's a problem I can live with...) Ok, enough...off to the gym! Have a great day ladies! and gents!

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 October 2010:
1429 kcal Fat: 115.63g | Prot: 85.52g | Carb: 12.69g.   Breakfast: coffee (8oz) black, water (6-10 AM). Lunch: broccoli, rib eye steak. Dinner: cucumber (1/8 cup chopped), sweet italian sausage, romaine lettuce, water (4-6), marie's blue cheese, (2 tbsp), fresh parm cheese (1 oz.). Snacks/Other: cracker barrel cheese stick (1oz./11AM), almonds (20 nuts). more...

The impression I got from the book is that this phase getting very close to your goal weight is intended to be quite long (certainly longer than I'd like). I'll be interested to see how you do this and what discoveries you make. Good luck!

Amen to that, and I also can't wait to see what is working for you as I am in the last stages as well, sometimes I wanna just go back to clean induction just to get to the goal faster, but at the same time I am content at times at where I am, so I like enjoying a few nuts or peanut butter now and then. I am so torn, but good for you, switching things up a bit and seeing what works for you!
