Training for 1/2 marathon
when you train you put your body under stress so not consuming enough calories can cause you to get sick. Do the work keep up with training it will happen all weight does is cause you to not run your fastest it does not cause you to not finish. I would eat healthy and do your best.

problems restarting weight help
I wanted to change my starting weight, wouldn't work wanted to restart my diet wouldn't work!
Can I change my starting weight September 19th? Tried to restart my diet chose another date wouldn't let me click any other date

They are not competitors, fitbit syncs with weight watchers and with my fitness pal. So fitbit syncs with both paid and free sites.
