I love kale but it needs to be baby kale because it’s too hard to digest for me.

I eat kale, but I shred it off the stem and toss it with olive oil before baking it with garlic salt. I effectively negate every healthy property of the vegetable, but it tastes really good the way I do it. I also stir fry it with bacon until it's crispy. Drain, blot, and serve. If you manage your calories right you can just eat bacon all day! I mean, kale :)

Here's my way to make it super easy to digest. Saute some onions. Pop them in a pressure cooker with half a cup of water and as much kale as you can get into the pot. Add gound cumin (helps digestion) and cook under pressure for 3 minutes. It's delicious and the kale is super soft and cumin aids digestion.

I was surprised by how much I love it. Maybe it's a love it or hate it, like cilantro. There are other healthful greens you might enjoy more. It could be how it's prepared too. My husband thought he hated Brussels sprouts until I roasted them in the oven.

My question is what’s wrong with collards, mustard and turnip greens. A friend who is vegan eats the kale off the salad bar that’s used for decorating the salad bar!😂😂😂😂

I sauté kale in a little oil, lots of ginger, garlic. Salt pepper. Love it.

Kale is overrated!! It also bloats you. A little mixed salad with kale is ok, but alone it's gonna puff up your stomach.
