I was hoping to fast till 1pm but I couldn’t make it. Oh well! Maybe tomorrow!

When you feel like you are hungry do you sometimes drink water first and then see how you feel in ten minutes?

Also, exercise, even a long walk may help next time :)

Thanks everyone! I was at work and it was my break time. I considered not eating, but my belly was grumbling while I read my book.... I had drank about 2 bottles of water by then and worked freight for about 4 hours too. Tomorrow I will wait longer since my break will be later

@CrashtestDawnie - I am lucky that I get an hour lunch so I can take a 45 minute walk. That extended time allows for the full effect of the exercise to switch the body away from thinking about food. I realize everyone doesn't have that opportunity. I have walked at lunch (and not eaten) for over two months now. I now see how this has really helped with my fasting.

Be proud of this effort. For me, after 15 minutes of walking, the hunger goes away. Again, pat yourself on your back
