Juicy tomato salad with cucumbers and onions.



  1. Peel and slice cucumbers into coins.
  2. Cut tomatoes into pieces.
  3. Dice red onion.
  4. Add vinegar and water and mix well.

vinegar is where the protein comes from... i think. would be good for me love tangy stuff just way too much for one person!

good for the Ancient European diet. I used to eat something like this when I was a child.
YUMMMMMMMMM. Points are waaaaay off tho.

This might be good, but it is so hard to trust the ingredients in these recipes as they are not accurate. I think the total of all ingredients may be 306 but for how many servings? Certainly not 1! What happened to the raters, this should be corrected or deleted.

Seems kind of boring to me...I think with a little fresh dill and maybe some salt and pepper it would be much better. Or balsamic vinegar instead...
I just looked at the nutritional info for myself off of the ingredients i used gave a total value and divided it by the total servings to a caloric value for 1 serving.
