The best thing to do is buy the can you want and add it to the food diary as a new food and put what the label on the can have to make sure you give the brand and description...and look to see what the serving size is for the calorie count.

Need a buddy! Need to lose 15-20 lbs
I'm 33 years old with two girls, ages 2 and 5. I have a treadmill and an elyptical that I have not used in about a year. I need motivation to get back on them. I also love sweets and carbs. What is working for you?
