Chicken Teriyaki & Soba Noodles

A traditional Japanese dish of soba noodles tossed with chicken, and covered in teriyaki sauce.



  1. Boil the soba noodles per the box instructions.
  2. While the water boils, put a tablespoon of coconut oil in a fry pan and wait for it to heat up. Once heated add the chicken and let it fry until done.
  3. Strain the noodles and put both the chicken and noodles into a large pot, mix the teriyaki sauce in.
