Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Roll into patties and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  2. Barbecue or panfry for a few minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. Serve inside toasted Turkish bread with fried onions, tomato relish and rocket.
