I would try oats instead of the 6 oz stuffing mix. Instead of the BBQ sauce on top I would spread on tomato paste. My family is not into sweet meatloaf.

too much bread. I've had better meatloaf. the bbq taste was there, just barely, but more would have been more sugar.

I read the comments and added a little more BBQ sauce and beef stock. Excellent, very good.

This recipe is awesome!! I made this last night, and I used a little more BBQ sauce, and about a half cup more of beef broth--It looked dry when I was mixing it together. But it was great! My 4 year old loved it. My husband went home at lunch today and ate 4 slices!! (He isn't dieting and doesn't need to, 5'9" and weighs 140--ugh!) Anyway, going to make sandwiches out of what's left for supper tonight. Husband can eat cereal, lol!

Easy and lots of left-overs! I added some chopped onions and a bit more BBQ sauce on top. That sauce baked in is the best part.

Easy to make, and tasted pretty good too. It makes a great lunch to bring to work since it is easy to store and reheat.

I'm not a huge fan of meatloaf, but my husband is. I added a little extra bbq and it made this recipe delicious! I used ground turkey instead of ground beef and it still tasted good!
