Directions
- Remove the eggs from the shells and then bisect lengthwise.
- Carefully remove and save the yolks.
- Blend all other ingredients with the yolks until smooth.
- Spoon equal portions of the mixture into the egg white halves.

This sounds great. I had a coworker who liked to mix lemon juice with avocado and egg so I will try it with lemon juice instead of vinegar and tabasco sauce 'cause I love eggs with tabasco and I love avocado with tabasco. THANKS!
