Delicious, low-sugar dish for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Soak crumbs in eggs until soft, then add ketchup.
  2. Peel and finely chop carrot and add to mixture.
  3. Add ground turkey and mix well.
  4. Divide in large muffin tins.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
