Pumpkin Oat Muffins

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and butter. Set aside for topping.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients in blender until smooth.
  4. Pour batter evenly in muffin cups. Sprinkle topping on top of each cup.
  5. Bake for 15 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
