Marinara Mac & Cheese

Directions

  1. Cook pasta noodles according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, drain, and return the pasta to the pot.
  2. Place marinara, cottage cheese, and parmesan in a high-speed blender. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer the sauce on top of the cooked pasta and toss until combined and heated through.
  4. Serve on a plate immediately.
