Unfortunately there is no way to tell if your skin will or will not sag after losing a significant amount of weight. It depends on how much elastin/ collagen is in your skin, genetics and like mars2kids said, how quickly you lose the weight. When you lose weight rapidly the elastin in your skin has a hard time catching up, thus leaving you with saggy skin when the weight used to be. Weight training and toning should help though! Good Luck!!!
