Roasted Zucchini and Mushrooms

Healthy, low-calorie side dish.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Slice the zucchini and chop the mushrooms.
  2. Mix the soy sauce with avocado oil, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  3. Mix everything and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Cook in an oven preheated to 425°F for 15-20 minutes.
