Balsamic Vinegar Kabobs

Satisfying, protein-rich dish for dinner.

Directions

  1. Cut your chicken breasts into large chunks.
  2. Mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, ginger, and basil.
  3. Marinade the chicken in a resealable plastic bag or any container. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
  4. Skewer the chicken and chopped nectarines.
  5. Place the kabobs on the grill and cook until tender, flipping halfway through.
