I've tried so many diets in the past and some I do well on and others fail miserably. I've watched my weight inch up and up over the years but it wasn't until my husband passed away 7 yrs ago that I really packed on the pounds trying to fill the hole he left in the center of my very being.
I first came to FF a little over 2 yrs ago and had GREAT success with it. I lost 50lbs in 8 months and went from a 16 to a 8/10!! I even won a cruise to the Caribbean!! Then East came and I started getting cocky and losing my hold. Stress in life won over and I went back to all my old habits and carb laden foods!

I want health, a trimmer healthier me and to be able to wear all my fun clothing!

What is the fat flush diet?
It is a lower carb, healthy, organic way of eating that will make you healthy in all ways while you lose weight.
You can learn more by purchasing (or checking it out of your local library) and reading the book "The Fat Flush Plan" written by Ann Louise Gittleman.

you can get a copy from the library if they have it.
If not, I bought mine cheap at www.half.com got it bundled with the cookbook and journal..for like $6.

Yes you eat food on the plan
You drink the hot lemon water in the morning 20 minutes before you eat breakfast. It acts as a dierectic and adds an acidic value to your system.
