First and foremost though, get yourself a copy of the book "The Fat Flush Plan" by Ann Louise Gittleman and read it. It will answer ALL your questions.

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
