I'm a 42 year old bloke who, for a long time now, has accepted the fact that my physique is a result of the lifestyle I live. I eat when I feel like it, I drink when I'm in the mood. Mostly, this has been the wrong foods and too big a portion. I do like to indulge, often over indulging to a degree :-/
Drinking has become "boring" and I need to drink more to feel tipsy.
I've also become feeling unhappy with my every-growing waistline and man boobs. Not to mention the chins!
So, the time has come to change that old habitual lifestyle and get a little more focused on getting the old body into something of a better shape.
It all started at the end of July this year (2012) with a shocking weigh-in of 16 stone 2 lb, or 226 lbs.
My initial goal is to get back down to 14 stone. We'll see where this goes from there...
