OK, we begin again. a new week, a new start.
Danny boy is away at Uni for 13 weeks. if I can lose a steady Elba per week from today until the middle of December, I'll be just under 2 stone light and probably looking a whole lot healthier ... that's my goal.
Today, I am only 0.2lbs heavier than the 212.8lbs I was prior to going to Turkey.
I feel motivated and excited at how well I could do ...
