Hey guys! I've been a member since 2009 when I was 183 lbs, but really I started losing weight in 2005 when I was at my heaviest weight of 283 lbs. In the summer of 2011, I had finally reached my goal weight of 130 lbs. But December, I found out I was pregnant so some of the weight creeped back on! I gained a total of 20 lbs in those 9 months, and I now have my last 10 to lose.

My son, Dominic, was born on 7/27/11. It's almost 6 weeks later, and I'm just now getting back into the mind set of losing weight. So let's do this! :)

FatSecret has been a great support system, and I'm so happy I'm back!!

whoa, 5 lb weights?! good for u, kate!! i use 2 lbs. i've never really done muscle toning, and i have a decent amount of flab from the 100 lb loss, so i'm trying to increase the poundage of the weights slowly. so i think for the weights, it depends on where u are as far as the tone of ur body.

yep! i've been doing really well! just started level 2 yesterday, and i can clearly tell the inches are coming off. i will be doing it for more than 30 days. i wasn't ready for level 2 after only 10 days. you need weights and a mat if you're going to do it on a hard surface.
