I finally got back into the gym this week. Doing aqua stuff (swimming and aqua jogging) but that's something. My leg seems to be able to handle it so that is good. ;)

So far so good but I am having headaches and abdominal pain which may not be related to diet at all. Not seeing any great changes in the scale but I know that slow and steady will get results - eventually.

So far this week I had one break from the plan - for some reason I had a terrible headache the other night and while Pop Tarts didn't fix it - they didn't hurt either. I slipped but hopped right back on the wagon the next day. We just can't let a slip lead to a complete detour from our goal. :)
