I finally got back into the gym this week. Doing aqua stuff (swimming and aqua jogging) but that's something. My leg seems to be able to handle it so that is good. ;)
143.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
