So far so good but I am having headaches and abdominal pain which may not be related to diet at all. Not seeing any great changes in the scale but I know that slow and steady will get results - eventually.
145.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
