well ! I thought I'd drop more than 1 & 1/2 lb. this week, as I'm still sick with a sore throat, aches & coughing, so i've practically been living on soup.....unless yesterdays indulgence of KFC blew it for me.....but at least i'm still losing and that's what matters right now. I CAN DO THIS ....just take one day at a time ! I need to lose ...lose...lose as I have my knee replaced on Oct. 26 & the less I weight the better for me !

Well, I guess something paid off for being miserably sick the past 3 days...I lost the 2 pounds I gained back and another 3...I hope they stay OFF....I also hope I feel better real SOON.

OH MAN, labor day weekend started me in the wrong direction ( the fried bread dough, french fries & then the pasta & banana bread I made this week etc.)and I just couldn't seem to bring myself to get back on track this week...so needless to say I gained a couple pounds back...DANG ! STUPID MOVE on my part...so I HAVE to get back doing what I was doing before and start losing again ! I CAN DO THIS ! I HAVE TO DO THIS ! I WILL DO THIS ! NOW !!!!!! So I can have my surgery on my knee later.... I NEED TO DO THIS NOW ! & I WILL !
