Well I've been off Simeon's Protocol for about 3 months & my weight is being maintained at around 127 (not too shabby!) My goal weight, which I finally reached during the Reset Period of the Protocol, was 125. I am happily watching what I eat now and am very satisfied with results of Simeon's diet. I was on a homeopathic version of the diet using HCG.

The holidays may be a challenge for me, but I trust myself to make it through pretty well. I think my overall challenge is to not let myself gain the weight back gradually... it's too easy to look in the mirror every week and not see the weight increase & think everything is fine.

I feel very hopeful!

Looking for exercise ideas

Effective & motivating.. check out Jazzercise's website to see how close one of their locations is on your driving route. It's an awesome workout.. you will leave there dripping sweat if you are taught the movements correctly. 1 hour program.
