I'm just a simple man wanting to lose some weight and get in better health for not only myself, but my family as well. :o)

All I've ever wanted was to leave a deep footprint of purpose, love and inspiration for my loved ones and friends. I wanted to find some meaning that mirrored the true needs of my soul. I believed in love, light, hope, belief and faith. I was heart-broken and devastated on Feb 2, 2012. My life turned upside down. Although I'll never understand why this happened, I will always think fondly of the wonderful times I got to experience with that special someone. I never gave up on us, and I know that will carry me through this life changing experience.

It's time for change! I believe in the three C's of Life: Choices, Chances and Change...
You must make a Choice to take a Chance or your life will never Change.
This is what I believe and what I live by. One will never know, unless one has tried and embraced the challenge/opportunity. I choose to change my life, and I will never look back, but if I do, it will be only to kiss the lessons learned. :o)

My Cheat To Lose Journey...
Sad Well, here I am getting ready to start a new way of eating. I promised myself that this would be a time of change for me. On Feb 2nd of 2012, my life came tumbling down. I was devastated. All I can say is that I loved our marriage, and was happier than I have ever been in my life. She just didn't want "us" anymore. Although I just don't understand, I respect her wishes. I did fight for us, but it wasn't enough anymore. I wish I could understand, but I guess I'll never know. All I can do now is try and pick up the pieces and learn from this experience and incredible journey. She was my life, my best friend, my lover, and my penguin. I will never stop loving her, but life will go on.

I've chosen to take care of myself, and put my self in the best possible shape I can. I want to be healthy, strong and extremely fit. I've been stagnant and sedentary way too long in this life. It's time for a new beginning and life.

Anyone doing the HCG Diet?

I've had NO side affects. I'm rock hard, and gaining muscle as well, everyday! You really can't mock what you don't understand. I've been doing this under the supervision of a naturopathic Dr. It's all positive, my man! In 6wks, I've lost 32lbs!!!

Hi TrixieSly!!! Glad to hear from ya. I'm just getting ready to start the Phase 3 portion. Almost done. Surprised) How do you like it? Has it been tough for you at all?
