This saturday I saw my doctor and he said I was healthy :) I ate before and so he asked me to come back another day to draw blood for my blood work. He told me that 220 would be healthy weight for me. According to my BMI I should be 150-180. He looked at me and laughed. There is just no way I can ever be 180. More and more I care less about my weight and more about other factors: pant size, fit of clothes, percent body fat, etc. I am going to still weigh in but the numbers wont scare me as much as before.

Decided that I am not going to eat after 7pm. I just make bad decisions after 7 and also I want to try to eat as close to 2000 calories as possible.

Goal for next week is 3 wide grip pull ups
Had a good convo with my friend about cheat days. He basically said dont do them since I go over board and instead incorporate one cheat snack or meal every day. I also think planning out my meals in the morning or the night before will help too.
