Walking was so great yesterday I decided to walk home from the library. It was just a mile but it was nice. I think I am going to try to walk as much as possible. It is so relaxing and therapeutic.

Went food shopping too. I love that I have control over food. I decided that since buying and KEEPING ben and jerry's for a week went well that I could buy a whole gallon of ice cream. I also bought mini pizzas. Why not! As long as my calories are between 1800-2000 and I eat the right amount of proteins and fat.


I put the ice cream in the little container to portion control. Only one little container a day.


My scale to weigh my food!

I was talking to my friends yesterday about good and bad months. Typically August is a good month for me in terms of health. Where I get into trouble is October. Without fail october is when I hit the gym less and eat more. I guess it is the stress of school catching up with me. I plan during my summers and am ready for september but October is when I have to keep up with the plans and grading. My friends said that this year will be different which was nice.
