Walking was so great yesterday I decided to walk home from the library. It was just a mile but it was nice. I think I am going to try to walk as much as possible. It is so relaxing and therapeutic.
Went food shopping too. I love that I have control over food. I decided that since buying and KEEPING ben and jerry's for a week went well that I could buy a whole gallon of ice cream. I also bought mini pizzas. Why not! As long as my calories are between 1800-2000 and I eat the right amount of proteins and fat.
I put the ice cream in the little container to portion control. Only one little container a day.
My scale to weigh my food!
I was talking to my friends yesterday about good and bad months. Typically August is a good month for me in terms of health. Where I get into trouble is October. Without fail october is when I hit the gym less and eat more. I guess it is the stress of school catching up with me. I plan during my summers and am ready for september but October is when I have to keep up with the plans and grading. My friends said that this year will be different which was nice.

Wow small eating day. I just was busy busy. BF left to visit his mom for her 50th today. We were out of the apartment at 5 (had breakfast together at 4). I had a meeting in the city so I just decided to stay in the city and walked for three hours straight. After the meeting had to run some more errands in the city and also walked like crazy. I decided not to go to the gym today because I felt all the walking I did (4+ hours) constituted a cardio session at the gym.

I doubt the weight loss is accurate. I ate very little today and walk a lot so I think I am just dehydrated. I wont be upset if the number goes up or remains the same next week. Still, its nice to see a loss.

I just noticed that my monthly average calorie intake has been going down about 250 calories a month since I joined fat secret! I am eating 500 calories less (and loving it) a month since I got back into fat secret!

I bought a ben and jerry's Tiramassu ice cream pint last wednesday. I used to down those in an hour or less easy. Mindlessly eating them in front of the tv or while hanging out with friends. I am so happy to say that it took a week for me to finish a pint of ice cream. I started out with just a few spoon tastings a day and then the last two days I had a serving a day (230 calories a day).
