I came across these two twins last night on youtube. They are so funny.
I am going to keep a photo log of my attempt to follow what my nutritionist suggested. I think it might be more honest than my weight. Went out with my friends and boyfriend today. Brooklyn has a number of outdoor flea markets during the summer time. We did a lot of walking but also tried this and that. We shared a lot of food together (thank G-d). It was fun and I was happy that I kept under 2000 calories. Going to cook and package my meals for the next two days. My current obsession is healthy chicken tacos. Baked chicken breast, fat free cottage cheese, salsa and corn tortillas. I really love adding avocado to the tacos but they have too much fat. Still I sneak it in there once in awhile.

My nutritionist wanted me to switch to PB2 from protein powder. I dont know why but I am going to do it. I love my protein smoothies but I think a banana peanut butter smoothie is as delicious as a strawberry banana smoothie.
Finishing off the food I made and bought at the beginning of the week. Rearranging it so I only eat between 1800 and 2000 calories. Doing a double cardio class today:spin and whipped.
Lets do this!!!!

Wake up call! My nutrionist wants me to cut my protein and fat by half. She wants me to do 4 days of cardio and only two days lifting. She says that I should scrap my 1300 and 2600 calorie days and just try to eat between 1800 and 2000 calories every day. She also hates all my processed foods. No more hot dogs and cold cuts. I was surprised honestly but I like the challenge. I meet with her in a month. Lets do this!
